There are several blends of Alchemy Fibre™, with each blend customised for specific carbohydrate-based foods such as rice, noodles, bread, cakes, and other flour-based foods such as desserts and pastries. ​

Effects on Blood Sugar Levels

Alchemy Fibre™️ helps moderate blood glucose levels by gradually releasing glucose into the bloodstream after the consumption of foods that are incorporated with it. For example, white rice cooked with Alchemy Fibre™ For Rice reduces the glycemic index (GI) of the rice from a higher range to a range similar to that of brown rice.

Controling the blood sugar levels helps prevent blood sugar spikes, which is a risk factor that can lead to type 2 diabetes. To those who already have the condition, consumption of lower GI foods can aid in better blood sugar management.
