Cooking Instructions

1. In a large bowl, add the pancake premix. Make a well in the middle with a spatula or large spoon
2. Add milk and eggs in the middle well. For a fluffier pancake, replace half of the milk with plain yoghurt.
   
3. Stir to mix. Ensure the batter has no lumps
4. Ladle batter onto a non-stick pan on medium-low heat
5. Flip pancake when bubbles appear on the surface
6. Cook until both sides are golden brown
7. Serve pancakes immediately
8. Drizzle with maple syrup and top with fresh berries (optional)
