Baking Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 190˚C (non-fan assisted mode) or 180oC (fan assisted mode)
2. Line a 6-cavity tin with muffin liners
3. In a bowl, add milk, melted butter, oil and egg. Whisk until well mixed
4. Add in 1/3 of the premix and stir well. Repeat 2 more times until all the premix are incorporated. Do not overmix
5. Fill muffin batter until 2/3 full (about 80g)
6. Fold in blueberries or any desired mix-ins as preferred (optional)
7. Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown
8. Cool on rack before serving
